Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the ODR Platform
If the customer is a natural person who, when concluding and performing a consumer contract, does not act within the scope of their business activity (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer"), and is dissatisfied with the manner in which the seller handled their complaint, or if they believe that the seller has violated their rights, they have the right to contact the company MIBO-SPRINGS s. r. o. with a request for redress.
If the company responds to the request for redress in the negative or fails to respond to it within 30 days from the date of its dispatch, the Consumer has the right to file a motion to initiate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) pursuant to Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes.
The competent entity for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes with the company MIBO-SPRINGS s. r. o. is the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another competent authorized legal entity registered in the list of ADR entities maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (www.mhsr.sk).
To file a motion for the alternative resolution of their dispute, the Consumer may utilize the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which is available on the website of the European Commission:
